Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Any orders placed before 12 PM PT will be shipped the same business day. The shipping method will match the option you selected at checkout. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM PT on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
  • Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the U.S. Free shipping will be sent via ground service, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please choose and pay for an expedited shipping option.
  • Please note, the estimated delivery time does not account for unexpected delays such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are based on weight. In accordance with the policies of our shipping carriers, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound.


Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to products@keralaayurveda.us before the order ships. If the order is already in transit, the recipient will need to handle the return in order to receive a refund.
  • If the order hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation will be processed right away, and the refund will be issued according to the timeline provided in our refund policy.


Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery, and only products in their original condition will be accepted.
  • To request a return, please fill the return request form and upload images of the products in their original packaging for approval.
  • If an incorrect product has been shipped, return shipping will be covered at no cost.
  • For all other returns, the recipient is responsible for the return shipping. If the order total was over $99 and qualified for free shipping, the return shipping fee and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Wrong Item Received

  • The recipient must initiate the return within 3 days of delivery by filling the Return Request form and attach images of the product in their original packaging. 
  • Once the return is approved, the team will ship the correct product right away.
  • Refunds will be issued only at the discretion of Kerala Ayurveda.


Wrong Product Ordered

  • The recipient must request a return for the incorrect product immediately or within 3 days of delivery by filling the Return Request form and attach images of the product in their original packaging.
  • The recipient is responsible for returning the incorrect product.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the product's value, minus a restocking fee. If the order was over $99 and qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will also be deducted.

 

Damaged Product

  • The recipient must request a refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery by filling the Return Request form and attach images of the product in their original packaging.
  • Once approved, the team will ship the replacement immediately.
  • Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Kerala Ayurveda.


Wrong Shipping Address


The recipient must request a shipping address change before the shipping label is printed. In that case, we’ll update the address and ship the order to the correct location.


If the shipping label has already been printed, we will cancel the order and issue a store credit for the order amount. The recipient can then place a new order with the correct address.


If the order has already shipped, the recipient can choose one of the following options:

  • If the incorrect address is known, arrange for the order to be forwarded to the correct address.
  • If the incorrect address is unknown, the recipient can place a new order with the correct address.


Once the order is returned from the incorrect address, we will inspect the products and issue a store credit. If the return does not occur, no refund will be issued. 


Delayed Shipping

  • If an order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, a store credit will be issued for the shipping cost paid by the recipient.


Incomplete/Missing Products

  • If any items are missing from the delivered order, the recipient must request an investigation within 3 days by filling the Return Request form and attach images of the original box/carton along with a list of the missing items
  • Our customer support team will work with the warehouse and respond with the next steps within 3 business days

International Shipping Restrictions

  • Products are currently unavailable for shipping to Spain, France, and Pakistan due to restrictions in those countries.
