Kerala Ayurveda Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping

We strive to deliver all Kerala Ayurveda products as quickly as possible. During normal business hours, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed by our fulfillment team and prepared for shipping. After your order is received by the shipper, the type of shipping you chose will begin and you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link.

Shipping Time Frames

For standard USPS and UPS shipping, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Continental United States: 3-7 business days
  • Hawaii and Alaska: 10 - 14 days business days 
  • International: Varies depending on the country and we do not pay any custom fees.  

For USPS Priority Mail, the shipping time takes 1 - 3 days. 

  • The shipping time of 1 - 3 business days depends on the destination.  
  • The priority mail shipping time frame begins when USPS has accepted the order into their system and does not begin when the order is placed. 

Order Status

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification which includes a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at products@keralaayurveda.us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times only; Kerala Ayurveda does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
  • There may be shipping delays during busy shopping or holiday periods like Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
  • We are doing our best to get your orders out as fast as possible. Once you receive your tracking number, it may take up to 5-7 business days for your tracking information to update. Thank you for your patience!
  • If you do not receive a response from our Customer Service team for an extended period (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your email's Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We process orders quickly, so there is a limited window to cancel or change your order address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at products@keralaayurveda.us immediately after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate the address change, however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so due to varying processing timelines. If it is too late to change your address, you will need to wait until your order is returned to our warehouse for an insufficient address. If the order is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.

Order Modifications

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they select the correct product, size, variant, etc. when placing an order. Due to our quick processing times, there is a small window to cancel or change your order details. If you need to change details about your order, please contact us immediately at products@keralaayurveda.us. 

We will do our best to accommodate the change but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so due to varying processing timelines. If it is too late to make the change, you can return the order once received.

Kerala Ayurveda Return Policy

Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unused products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our Ayurvedic products and experience exceptionally low return rates.

Reasons for Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accommodate returns on products within 7 days after the delivery date. You may return your products for a full refund if:

  • You have ordered an incorrect product. 
  • Your Ayurvedic Practitioner has changed your herbal recommendation.      
  • The product itself arrived damaged or defective. Photo/video proof is required.
  • Please note that for refunds, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the product was damaged during transit.

Exchange Policy

We do not allow for exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

  • You must contact us first at products@keralaayurveda.us within the 7-day return period or use the online form below.  
  • All products must be shipped back in the original packaging.
  • Once your refund/return is approved, it is your responsibility to ship the return products back to our warehouse. Please note that all returns and refunds must be authorized before you send them to us for tracking purposes.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the wrong product was sent. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Please mark your package "KERALA AYURVEDA-RETURN, NO DUTIES" and include the Return Shipping Label on your package.

Refund Processing

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the products are in their original condition. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing.
