In Ayurveda, agni, the digestive fire, is considered central to wellbeing. This set brings together four classical formulations for a steady fall routine: a Dashamoola tonic, Amalaki, Dadimadi Ghee and Gastric Relief.
Why agni, why now
As the weather cools, Ayurveda's advice turns to the digestive fire: warm, cooked, simple meals at regular times. This set pairs that advice with four classical formulations, from a ten-root tonic to an herbal ghee.

Good to know
-
What is agni? Agni is Ayurveda's word for the digestive fire, the capacity to digest and absorb. The classical texts place it at the centre of wellbeing, which is why fall routines start with meals.
-
What is an arishtam? An arishtam is a classical herbal tonic made by natural fermentation. Dasamoolarishtam uses Dashamoola, a blend of ten roots.
-
How long will the set last? At the label dose, Amalaki lasts 30 days and Gastric Relief 45 days. The ghee and tonic depend on the amount you take.
-
How is this different from the Agni Ritual bundle? Agni Digestive Health is built on a Dashamoola tonic, Amalaki, Dadimadi Ghee and Gastric Relief. Agni Ritual is built on two kwath tablets and a castor-oil preparation. Both follow Ayurveda's fall advice for the digestive fire.
