• Calming Body Oil – Ksheerabala Thailam: (6.8 fl oz (200 ml)) A toasted-sesame base with a warm, nutty note. Kerala's classic foot-massage oil for a calm evening wind-down.

• Mahathikthaka Ghee (Ghritham): (7.4 oz (200 g)) A classical herbal ghee from the Vedic texts, with vetiver. Traditionally used to balance Pitta.

• Gandharvahasthadi Kwath: (90 tablets · 90-day supply at the label dose) A daily kwath tablet. Traditional herbs that support healthy digestion.*

• Amruthotharam Kwath: (90 tablets · 90-day supply at the label dose) Tinospora, Terminalia and ginger. Daily support for the natural digestive process.*

• Gandharvahasthadi Castor Oil: (1 fl oz (30 ml)) A classical Kerala preparation with ginger. Traditionally used to balance Vata. Use only as directed on the label.

A simple daily rhythm

• Before your shower: Calming Body Oil (Ksheerabala): warm-oil massage, 10–20 minutes, then a warm shower.

• Morning: Mahathikthaka Ghee: 1 teaspoon. Gandharvahasthadi Kwath: 1 tablet.

• Evening: Mahathikthaka Ghee: 1 teaspoon. Amruthotharam Kwath: 1 tablet.

• Occasionally: Gandharvahasthadi Castor Oil: only as the label directs.

Start the day with warm-oil massage before your shower, take the ghee and kwath as part of a regular daily rhythm, and keep the castor-oil preparation for occasional use exactly as the label directs.

Good to know

• Why is there a castor-oil preparation? Herb-infused castor-oil preparations are part of Kerala's classical tradition. They are strong formulations: use them only as directed on the label and not frequently, and ask a practitioner if you're unsure whether they fit your routine.

• Do the two kwath tablets overlap? No. Gandharvahasthadi and Amruthotharam are different classical formulas. Take each as its label directs: one tablet a day.

• How long will the set last? At the label dose, each kwath bottle lasts 90 days. The ghee and oil depend on how much you use.
