Arimedadi Mouthwash
Arimedadi mouthwash is a classical preparation used for Gandusha (oil pulling). Oil pulling is an ancient daily practice in Ayurveda that involves swishing oil in the mouth for oral, systemic health benefits and is excellent for promoting overall dental health.
Incorporate this self-care routine daily after brushing your teeth or a few times a week to freshen your breath, and strengthen gums and teeth.
How to use:
* Take 5-10 ml of oil into your mouth.
* Swish around for 1-2 minutes.
* Spit the oil into the trash bin and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water.
* Do not swallow, the Mouthwash should not be ingested.
Mornings are the best time to add this practice after brushing the teeth for good oral hygiene results.
Tongue Cleaner
Tongue scraping is a well-known daily ritual in Ayurveda. Kerala Ayurveda’s pure copper tongue cleaner naturally cleanses the tongue by gently scraping away unwanted toxins and residue.
According to root texts, tongue scraping is done with copper for its powerful antiseptic effects. Tongue cleaning naturally removes the bacteria that cause bad breath and toxins and improves digestion by stimulating the taste buds. Ayurveda teaches that the first stage of digestion happens in the mouth.
How to use:
* Open your mouth as wide as is comfortable.
* Stick your tongue out. Avoid pointing the tongue, as this decreases surface area and makes scraping less effective.
* Place the cleaner on the rearmost part of the tongue. If you feel a tickle or gagging sensation, you have inserted it too far.
* Apply firm pressure on the scraper, and pull the scraper from the back of your tongue to the front. 2-3 movements should be enough for the day.
* Rinse the scraper after each use, dry it well, and store it carefully.
Mornings are the best time to add this practice after brushing and mouthwash for good oral hygiene results.

Nasya Oil is an ancient herbal preparation that helps to lubricate the nasal passage, clean out the excess mucus and sinuses, and improve voice, mental clarity, and vision.
