Ayurveda sees a steady mind as part of a steady routine. This set gathers four classical formulations for a calm fall: Brilliant Mind, Kalyanaka Ghee, Saraswatharishtam and Calming Body Oil.

Why a steady mind, why now

Fall's Vata qualities (light, quick, always moving) show up in the mind as well as the body. Ayurveda's answer is routine: the same small rituals at the same times each day. This set gives you four, from a morning soft gel to an evening foot massage.

What's inside

• Brilliant Mind (Brahmi Pearls): (60 soft gel capsules · 30-day supply at the label dose) A Brahmi-based adaptogen blend in soft gels, from our gardens in Kerala. Supports focus and mental clarity.*

• Kalyanaka Ghee (Ghritham): (7.4 oz (200 g)) Prepared to the Sahasrayogam text with amla, pomegranate, turmeric, jasmine and deodar. Traditionally used for calm and balance.

• Saraswatharishtam: (15.2 fl oz (450 ml)) A caffeine-free classical tonic with Brahmi and Ashwagandha, fermented in a cedarwood vat to a Vedic formula. Supports focus and stress resilience.*

• Calming Body Oil – Ksheerabala Thailam: (6.8 fl oz (200 ml)) A toasted-sesame base with a warm, nutty note. Kerala's classic foot-massage oil for a calm evening wind-down.

A simple daily rhythm

• Morning: Brilliant Mind: 1 capsule. Kalyanaka Ghee: 1–2 teaspoons on an empty stomach, or in warm milk or water.

• Once a day: Saraswatharishtam: 2 teaspoons, morning or evening.

• Evening: Brilliant Mind: 1 capsule.

• Before bed: Calming Body Oil: a few minutes of foot massage.

Take Brilliant Mind, Kalyanaka Ghee and Saraswatharishtam as directed on their labels, and end the day with a Ksheerabala foot massage.

Good to know

• Is anything in the set caffeinated? No. Brilliant Mind and Saraswatharishtam are both caffeine-free.

• What is Brahmi? Brahmi (Bacopa) is one of Ayurveda's best-known herbs for the mind. It's in both Brilliant Mind and Saraswatharishtam.

• How long will the set last? At the label dose, Brilliant Mind lasts 30 days. The ghee, tonic and oil depend on the amount you use.
