Returns Policy

For all orders placed before 11.07.22, please write to and our team will be happy to assist you with your return request

Orders placed on 11.07.22 or after can now simply request a return authorization through your orders page. All completed orders will display a "Return Items?" message below each order status. Click, select products & return reason, and submit. Our team will review your return request and take appropriate actions to resolve your request. If you have received any damaged product due to unforeseen circumstances, please send pictures of the items to after submitting a return request. This helps expedite the resolution.

You now have an option to choose how you'd like to be compensated if you return request is approved - Replacement Product(s), Refund, or Store Credit

All approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days and will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, thereafter. All store credits will be issue immediately and that'll reflect next to "Account" on the homepage of the website.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All products will be packed and dispatched within 24 business hours. This does not account for any unforeseen circumstances that might cause a delay.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

NOTE: Free shipping is applicable only for all shipments within the United States. Shipping charges for order outside the US are calculated based on the weight of the package
