Returns Policy

Note: Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery date.

To request a return please login to the website (, and look at your completed orders. You will find “Return items?” message next to the order status. Please check the box next to the products and select the quantity you would like to return, and submit.

All return requests are subject to review and approval. Once approved, please return the items within 7 days. We do not provide shipping costs for your return unless there was an error in the original shipment. All refunds (once approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days from approval. Any store credit issued will reflect on the top of the homepage when logged in, and will be auto-adjusted in your next order.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All products will be packed and dispatched within 24 business hours. This does not account for any unforeseen circumstances that might cause a delay.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We are currently unable to ship to France and Spain due to the country's local regulations

Free shipping is applicable only for all shipments within the United States. Shipping charges for order outside the US are calculated based on the weight of the package
