India Immersion - Experience Ayurveda in Its Birthplace

Highlights

The next best thing to enjoying one of our Apothecary’s herbal formulations is witnessing first-hand how we make them! Our all levels India Immersion trip offers just that opportunity, and so much more. For 21-days, participants this summer 2020 will live and breathe Ayurveda in its birthplace.

We call it a heart experience

To study Ayurveda in its birth culture and place brings to life a realness you can feel in the heart center, or Anahata Chakra. India is the environment in which Ayurveda was developed and practiced for thousands of years, and its impact is still evident in daily life. The principles and concepts come alive and make being with Ayurveda a seamless experience during our journey.

Volunteer at our community health camps

Part of practicing Ayurveda is giving back. Kerala Ayurveda Limited’s founder, Acharya Vaidyan KGK Panicker had a mission to promote the rich tradition of Ayurveda through high quality products and services to humanity. In addition to developing a product line, he also introduced the concept of a nursing home, or in-patient facility, for Ayurvedic detoxification programs known as Panchakarma. Today, Kerala Ayurveda Limited offers residence to both the young and old. Our India Immersion trip includes an opportunity to assist and shadow Kerala Ayurveda’s Doctors in their rounds at the nursing home and orphanage.
